U6 - Waitlist open. If enough additional players register, we can form another team.
U8B - Waitlist open and 2 coaches are needed.
U8G - 1 coach needed
U10B - 1 coach needed
U14  & up - Players needed, invite friends to be on the same team.

Milpitas PAL Soccer

We're a recreational soccer organization, offering soccer from
​U6 to U17 in the Fall of each year.

Fall 2026 Registration Fees as Follows:

• Early Bird Registration through May 18:
  • $120 - $10 off for each additional child at the same address.
• Regular Registration from May 19 - June 15:
  • $145 - $10 off for each additional child at the same address.
• Late Registration starting June 16:
  • $200 - no sibling discount.
• If you become the Head Coach, registration is $0 (the discount will be refunded upon receipt of ALL volunteer forms).
• Please note that SportsEngine fees are Non-Refundable.
• REFUNDS: No refunds will be made unless a child cannot be placed on a team. We cannot guarantee exact uniform size. Special requests cannot be guaranteed. Our inability to meet a special request is not grounds for a refund. All refund approvals are at the discretion of the MPALS Board Leadership.

The registration fee includes the following:

• Uniform: Jersey, shorts and socks
• Pictures: One Team and One individual picture
• Participation Trophy/Medal
• Approximately 10 games, weather permitting
• An End-of-Season Tournament (between 2-4 games)

Please note that practices are set up by your assigned coach.

Practices: There could be 2 to 3 practices a week.

Games: Are played on Saturdays (10 games), as long as weather permits. The end of the season Tournament is in addition to the 10 games and will be held on Saturday, November 14th and Sunday, November 15th.

Game Schedule: will be issued within the week prior to  the first game on Saturday, August 29th. Please plan accordingly.
